A very delicious smoothie! Now that I have been drinking only smoothies for breakfast for over 3 months, I cannot imagine eating anything else for breakfast. Its amazing how your body starts craving for good things automatically once you train it a bit.
I try a lot of different combinations but I wanted to start my first post with this one since apple and bananas are what we offer traditionally as offerings in a temple. So what can be a better first post right?
Recipe is very simple:
Makes 1 tall glass
- 1 banana
- 1 apple, peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 plums, cut and pits removed (I kept the skin)
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Put everything in a blender and blend till smooth.
